For anything at all — support@ghostbase.ai. Support questions, billing fixes, sales conversations, feature requests, bug reports, security disclosures, even just feedback. One address, one team.

We try to reply within one business day. If you're sitting on a production-blocking issue, mention "urgent" in the subject and we'll bump it to the front of the queue.

What to include

To help us help you faster, please include:

  • The workspace you're writing about (the slug or display name from your dashboard).
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead. A run ID or agent name is gold.
  • Anything you've already tried, so we don't suggest it back to you.

Don't include sensitive data (passwords, full credit card numbers, customer PII) — we don't need them and we don't want them sitting in our inbox.

Security disclosures

Found a vulnerability? Please report it directly to support@ghostbase.ai rather than disclosing it publicly. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and credit researchers in our security advisories on request. Full details on our Security page.

Press & partnerships

For press inquiries, partnership ideas, integration proposals, or investor questions: same address — support@ghostbase.ai — with "press" or "partnership" in the subject. We'll route it to the right person.
